Rotate trunk credentials
An in-place update on the gateway trunk. Live calls are unaffected
(INVITEs authenticate at call setup), but new INVITEs need the new
credentials from this moment — coordinate the customer’s PBX switch.
True dual-slot overlap needs livekit/sip support for multiple
credential pairs per trunk.
